When, due to storms, your satellite is out,
and so you figure you’d watch a recorded ep of Wipeout, or Jon and Kate, or maybe that episode of Throwdown with Bobby Flay featuring your favorite blogger, Amalah,
but your DVR is on the fritz, and you don’t even like that turn of phrase, but that’s just how it is,
how else do you describe the fact that it SAYS it’s recording what you’ve asked of it, but it’s clearly not,
so you turn to the internets, and for GOD KNOWS WHAT REASON,
you’re on the Sex Offender Registry website,
and re-discovering the fact that child molesters and rapists, and MURDERERS are EVERYWHERE
WITH PICTURES.
AND THE POWER GOES OUT.
Yeah.

The reason why you pee is because at first you are in this total shock. the sympathetic portion of your nervous system kicks in high gear. hence the tension of the muscles, the racing heart, and even the muscles that hold your pee in normal totally tense up. and then you get this waaaave of parasympathetic that kicks in that says hey body calm it down won’t cha? thus, your muscles that hold the pee in go relaxed and therefore, you pee down your leg. this is why people can say you scared the living shit of me and similar phrases.

for the record, it wasn’t that i didn’t pass, it was that i got a C, and i knew in the first 30 credits i was able to have it erased from my record by taking it over again. and mind you, it was already at the ripe age of 19 that i got an A+, and the following semester was when i was able to TA the labs.
