I watched The Concert for Bangladesh today. Fantastic.
I love this clip of George Harrison and Bob Dylan dueting “If Not For You” in a rehearsal.
Also, for ten dollah, I now finally own a copy of The Last Waltz. We sold it at Best Buy FOREVER ago, and then it disappeared. I planned on ordering it through Amazon this week, when I stumbled across this ONE, RANDOM copy at work. And by “stumbled across” I mean I was helping somebody find something and let out this shrill *GASP* before snatching it up into my kung-fu grip, then clutching it to my chest, squealing “ohmygod ohmygod!”

Harrison and Dylan are great, alright, but Clapton is God :P

It’s still so weird to me how George Harrison’s first solo album was basically amazing–better than any of the rest of the Beatles’ solo stuff. And after that he was pretty much done with good music.
