I love reading the LJ community when someone’s like, “Um I found this cat — is this anybody’s?” And they post a picture and half the community is like “Aw! I hope you find his owner!” and then someone comments like, “Holy shit, that’s my friend’s cat! You can return him at such and such address” and then the whole community is like “YAY!”
