Some Random Thoughts While Watching “We Are the World,” As If You Care
– Surely this was not filmed on one take. It looks all lovely and harmonious in the final cut, but you KNOW everyone rolled their eyes when Tina Turner was like, “I need to do that again because Diana Ross hair got in my mouth!”
– The 1,2,3 Sequence of Kenny Loggins, Steve Perry, Darryl Hall = TRIFECTA OF CRAP, topped off with HUEY LEWIS.
– Bob Dylan does a great job in imitating Bob Dylan.
– Stevie Wonder should thank God he’s blind so he can’t see that sweater
