I helped out at my studio, the Academy of Dance Arts. This basically involved yelling at three-year-olds to keep their leotards on.

How was your hair style?
Reeeaally long. And brown. And I woke up 6 am every morning to put it in hot rollers.

Nope.

Yes I did! They were the gas-permeable hard kind, tinted green, so my eyes totally popped.  That was fun.

I tried not to. I was way too vain.

Mel () and Jess () and I were becoming best friends too.

Wasn’t dating yet, but was TOTALLY CRUSHING on Jerrad Reickard like it was my job.

I was probably just starting to figure out that GAVIN ROSSDALE and I were NOT going to be together, in the end.  (But the resentment for Gwen Stefani? It lives on.)

At fifteen? It was probably not having a date to homecoming, or something.

No! I was so damn innocent/sheltered.

Drunk, yeah.  I went to France that summer and had my first drunken experience (in PARIS, because I’m a classy motherfucker).

Had my permit, so I drove Mom around

The Durango. (”The Big D,” which I have trouble parking to this day).

Samson, our golden/lab mix of mischief.
