6.) I had a brief, albeit drunk, encounter with “Blackie,” Anthony Kiedis’s dad, once. He was wearing black gloves as he shook my hand. I can’t remember what was discussed, but I do remember it was S&M night at Ten Bells, which made for a hilarious trial in bondage for more than one of my friends. “What, did you bring the whole football team?” he said, looking over my shoulder at my ex-boyfriend, who at the time was getting “disciplined” by some west-michigan dominatrix. He offered me a drink, but at that point the whole scene was way beyond my scope of normal bar behavior, and I declined.
7.) Okay. Last post about Josh Leo. And shall I say, “Ow, Ow, Josh Leo!” A very intimate, pillow-talky kind of post, that one on transitions.
8.) I had a panic attack in Hollister the other day. Everyone in there was like, fifteen, and ridiculously tan, and wearing puka shells.
